Our online tour coordinator (Alana) was responsive, clear, and detailed providing us with detailed itineraries and accommodating our requests (for extra time/dinner, food allergies, and upgraded bullet train tickets). Perhaps because we were traveling with 3 little kids and elderly grandparents (group of 8 total), they proactively arranged 2 minivans to take us (two drivers) so we didn't have to park far away and walk 20+minutes to the sights.
